By using or placing an order on www.shirtsofalltime.com you agree to our terms of service. These terms may change or be updated at any time, so please check this page regularly.

All products are made to order: Please allow 1 - 4 business days for production and shipment.

All sales are final: Due to orders being sent to production shortly after they are placed, we are not able to edit or cancel them. If you need to update your address, please contact the postal provider once you receive your tracking information. You may also contact us for these issues, but by contacting the postal provider first, you ensure the error is updated ASAP.

Packages returned to sender: In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us due to an error on our end, we will ship it back out to you free of charge. However, orders that are returned to us due to customer error (e.g., providing an incorrect address at checkout, not being present to pick up the package from the postal office, etc.) are subject to a flat-rate reshipment fee (USA: $5.99, Canada: $9.99, International: $14.99).

Stolen & missing packages: No returns or refunds unless your order arrives defective or an item(s) is missing. If a package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim using your tracking # or waybill #.
